Preparing Your Arrival

All delegates are in charge of booking their VISA, travel and accommodation. Please enjoy our selection of Accommodation HERE.

Registration

The Registration desk is located at the Hotel Palace Berlin.

All delegates will be asked to show their proof of identification upon registration.

Registration desk opening hours:

    • Friday, 8 November 2024 – 08:00 – 18:00
    • Saturday, 9 November 2024 – 08:00 – 18:00
    • Sunday, 10 November 2024 – 08:30 – 18:00

Delegates who have not yet settled the registration fee in full will be asked to pay the amount due.

Kindly note that only payments for registration or additional items by card will be accepted.

Please note that badges need to be always worn at the venue and related social events during this Conference.

If you lose your badge, please contact the registration desk. Kindly note that the emission of a new badge is charged with a 10 EUR administrative fee. It will not be possible to enter the Conference without a valid badge.

Day One and Day Two programme

All participants have been assigned to groups and scheduled to attend each of the seven workshops in rotation.
The group to which you have been assigned is indicated by the room number on your badge. Please make sure to stay in the same room for the duration of the two days.

Workshops – Day Three

Delegates either selected or (if not selected) were assigned to one of the concurrent workshops.
Your assigned workshop group is displayed as a “WS” number on your badge.
Please note that group assignments for Days 1 and 2, as well as workshop allocations on Day 3, cannot be changed.

Conference Dinner – FULLY BOOKED

When: 9 November 2024, 20:00 – 22:30
Where: Café Madrid, Meliá Berlin, Friedrichstraße 103, 10117 Berlin, Germany
Dress code: smart casual
Transportation: Transfers to and from the venue are not provided.

All participants are asked to bring their conference badge to the dinner, as it will serve as a ticket.

For Poster Authors

Posters will hang in the poster presentation area on 8 and 9 November. Presenting authors are encouraged to be present during the lunch breaks to answer delegates’ questions about their posters.

Poster Mounting – Friday, 8 November 2024, from 8:00-10:00.
Poster Removal – Saturday, 9 November 2024, from 16:00 until 18:00.

Poster Printing Service  

If you ordered printing via our secretariat, your printed poster will be available at the registration desk for your pickup.

Other

ICM pins will be available for purchase at the ICM booth (2 pins for 5 EUR).

Please do not forget to bring the cash (EUR).

Certificate of attendance

All registered delegates present on-site are entitled to receive a Certificate of Attendance.

Lunches and Coffee Breaks

Only registered delegates presenting their conference badge can access the lunches and coffee breaks.

Free Wi-Fi internet connection is available at the venue.
